CHALLENGE:
Inclusions East required the services of a company specializing in marketing and strategy to assist in a strategic planning exercise with stakeholders and marketing campaign including promotional materials with a prospect of building internal capacity.
METHOD & SOLUTION:
We started with a kickoff meeting at Inclusions East with stakeholders to discuss and develop visions and planning using our branding questionnaire as a guide to spark conversation and brainstorming.
TechnoMedia got to know clients and support staff to better understand their roles, needs, products, strengths, limitations and unique selling points.
PROCESS:
- We respected clients and included them in the decision making process.
- We developed effective and branded promotional materials.
- We mentored staff and provided in-person training.
- We involved clients and staff members in the creative process.
- We provided staff liaison with the tools and processes to promote via social media.
- We identified a list of goals and objectives to help with measuring the success of the marketing strategy.
