Challenge: Increased demand and public confusion with delivery of services offered by the Rural Action Centres caused the need for development of new branding, visual guidelines and marketing as required for the 3 Rural Action Centres across PEI.
Solution: TechnoMedia established a process to deliver the necessary marketing:
Phase 1: New branding, logo and visual guidelines to work in both English and French
Phase 2: Update existing marketing asset with new brand and develop a consistent look to everything.
Phase 3: Develop a new website and launch awareness through social media
Phase 4: Create new promotional assets and revamp all signage across PEI
Through discussions and a collaborative creative process, TechnoMedia created and delivered a strong, recognizable identity and visual guidelines that reflected the brand messaging needed to inform the public of the service delivery model and role of the Rural Action Centre.
With client feedback and input, TechnoMedia identified and populated the existing collateral with the new brand message. The new creative was used to develop and launch a new website and was introduced to the public through three months of social media on two platforms.
New promotional assets have been developed to further strengthen the brand messaging and provide resources for each RAC office. Most recently TechnoMedia projected managed over the winter months the complete redesign and replacement of all signage at the three Rural Action Centres.
