A Unique Forest Destination for Families and Couples
Challenge: Treetop Haven wanted to shift its brand and messaging to target couples and families as well as present itself as a wellness destination.
Solution: We succeeded in pivoting the brand and targeting couples and families through messaging, writing, photography and social media. The goal was to increase bookings from couples and families and move away from weddings and loud groups. We re-positioned Treetop Haven as a peaceful retreat to attract more of the target audience.
Another major outcome is the value-added activities at Treetop Haven. We incorporated more activities and introduced packages offering yoga and massage. Another lead generation opportunity to attract more of their target audience. There are also two new cabin accommodation pages prepared for the website that are not live until the cabins are completed and ready to take bookings.
And to top it off we did some search engine optimization to target that ideal audience and rank higher in Google searches.
