SOLUTION: The new website, updated logo, photography and writing has changed the personality of the brand for the Victoria Playhouse without it being a complete departure. It is now more modern, contemporary and relevant. This new approach will target a wider demographic, increasing future sales opportunities. The new messaging also clearly positions the Victoria Playhouse as professional theatre and live concerts specializing in contemporary comedy and more, while dismissing any misconceptions that it is community theatre.
